These Conditions regulate the use of the web platform www.pinexports.com, for which Pinexports Trading, S.L.U., hereinafter “Pinexports”, is the legal responsible party. By accepting them, the User declares that he/she has read, understands and comprehends what is set forth herein and that he/she assumes all of its obligations. If the User does not agree with the content of this document, he/she must leave this website, and may not access or use the services it offers. Likewise, the User expressly and without exception accepts that access to and use of this website, its services and the content of said services takes place under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility.

These Conditions will be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, and it is the User’s responsibility to read them when making a purchase or contract. The conditions in force at the time of entering into the contract will be those applicable to him/her.

Terms of Use and Responsibilities

Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of User, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the conditions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable. “Pinexports” will not be liable for any damages, to itself or to third parties, caused by the inappropriate use of this website by the User.

The content provided by the Users of the website (personal data, images, etc.) is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Users. “Pinexports” undertakes to respect their privacy and anonymity, unless, at the request of an Authority, their data is requested. “Pinexports” will therefore not verify the information published, but it does have the right (although not the obligation) to investigate its content, in order to comply with the law and these Terms of Use.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited by “Pinexports”. If the User commits any of the acts described in the following points that also constitute a crime, “Pinexports” reserves the right to report it to the authorities if it is found that the same has been committed:

• Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other systems that may cause damage to the physical or logical systems of the domain owner, its suppliers or third parties. This prohibition also includes scripts that may be inserted.
• Reproducing the contents of the website without authorization.
• Providing content that may violate a local, national or international law, including laws related to the protection of copyright, trademarks or patents.
• Accessing (or attempting to do so) restricted areas of the platform without complying with the conditions required for such access. As well as revealing data about the operation of the website without express authorization from the administrators of the same.
• Using the service in such a way that prevents or hinders its availability to other users or they are negatively affected.
• Intercepting emails or attempting to do so.
• Sending chain letters, junk mail, spam or any other form of unauthorized advertising.

• Taking advantage of the tools that the website offers for any type of compensation from other Users.

However, “Pinexports” does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, lack of availability on a timely basis (for example, server crashes or maintenance) or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make temporary access to the website impossible. Therefore, “Pinexports” is not responsible for the information and content stored, by way of example but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish content. However, and in compliance with the provisions of art. 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, “Pinexports” makes itself available to all Users, authorities and security forces, actively collaborating in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content that could affect or contravene national or international legislation, third party rights or morality and public order. If a User considers that there is any content on the website that could be susceptible to this classification, please notify our staff immediately.

“Pinexports” reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those Users who breach our Terms of Use.

User Registration and Error Correction

In order to use this website and place orders, it is necessary to register by creating a “User Account”. You can register at any time by filling out the registration form indicating the requested data. Once registered and after validation by Pinexports, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed successfully and a reminder of the access data.

From the User account you can check your billing history, change your password, carry out other procedures or actions related to your orders, check your personal information and, if necessary, correct any errors that may have occurred when entering the data (or update them).

By registering, the User agrees to use this service only for private purposes and not for commercial purposes, unless expressly consented to by the person responsible for this website.

User Profiles

There are several types of User profiles. They only differ in what they can see in their private area:

• Purchasing Director
• General Director
• Manager
• Other

Account and service deletion, cancellation and blocking

User accounts are not deleted due to lack of use. Users may unsubscribe by requesting the same from the “Pinexports” staff, by sending an email to info@pinexports.com.

“Pinexports” reserves the right to block access to the service without prior notice (or directly delete the User account), if the User uses it in an illegal manner, breaches the obligations and rules established herein, or misuses the application, a fact that will be communicated by email. The blocking or deletion of the User account will have no effect on the obligation to pay for the service purchased if it has already been provided, if applicable.

In exceptional cases, at the discretion of the “Pinexports” administrators, and evaluating the seriousness of the fact, the administrators may choose to warn the offending user, before deleting or blocking his account permanently.

By registering as a User, you agree that the owners of this site reserve the right, and may act at any time and without prior notice, to modify or discontinue this website and its services, or to delete data provided, either temporarily or permanently.

Returns

Orders cannot be returned. If something does not meet the requirements of the affected company, a new order will be placed at no cost to the entrepreneur.
