Purpose of the Website

The Pinexports website has the following purposes:

  • Making available to the User the services offered for contracting by electronic means, as well as offering information about them and the Controller. Specifically, Pinexports offers its clients a platform for managing international purchases.
  • Disclosure of information related to the Controller’s sector of activity.
  • Manage comments and/or ratings from Users.
  • Manage the list of subscribers and Users attached to the Pinexports blog or newsletter.

For their part, in the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, “Pinexports” and the User submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain.
